Ben R. Ruiz, aka Benny the Broker, has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of California since 1990. Ben began his career in 1987 specializing in the residential real estate market, primarily selling in the southern San Diego area. From 1990-1992, Ben worked for Willis Allen Company in Eastlake (Chula Vista), focusing on selling within all areas of the new Eastlake communities, including Eastlake Shores, Eastlake Hills, Eastlake Greens, Eastlake Vistas. Ben became partner in the Realty World Franchise from 1992-1994. He then opened his own companies, Independent Realtor of San Diego, California Property Management and Bayfront Mortgage Services. In 2010, he closed Bayfront Mortgage and is now focused solely on the residential market throughout San Diego County, while continuing in property management. From 2015-2017, Ben worked in downtown San Diego for Carrington Real Estate Services, gaining several REO certifications. Since 2017, Ben serves as a broker-associate with Hunter Maddox International Real Estate. Ben has been a member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and now a member of Greater San Diego Association of Realtors since 1987.
